The Homebloc ecosystem distributes rights, responsibility, and profitability more equitably between all stakeholders in the marketplace: consumers/renters, retail investors, hotel owners, and residential property owners. The Homebloc Asset Token (HST) is used to represent the room usage rights and property ownership. The Homebloc ecosystem uses HOM Tokens (HOM) to represent the value of ecosystem and use HOM tokens as a reward to users for using and promoting the platform.

THEDEx, a group of financial professionals and cryptography enthusiasts, has built its business and base in New York City with the goal of expanding globally.
